Do you have a physical shop?
No. I am a home based online business.
How many days/weeks in advance would i need to place my order?
For standard cakes and desserts, It would be best to place your order at 3-5 days in advance.
For customised cakes, at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
Are you able to customise cakes?
Yes. Kindly drop me a message here with your design, you may also view some of my works on Instagram
Do you offer vegan, gluten free, eggless options?
Yes. I am able to customise the cake based on allergies or personal preference.
I am residing overseas, but i would like to gift a cake to someone in SG, will you be able to take my order?
Yes. Kindly drop me a message or place your order.
Do you provide candles/knife?
Yes. Standard big and small candles are provided, and a plastic knife.
DELIVERY
Do you provide delivery services?
Yes. Depending on location, there will be a fee of $20 - $35
Am i able to opt for self collection?
Yes. Self collection will be from West Coast Road
PAYMENT
How do i secure my order ?
50% deposit required, and remaining 50% to be paid in cash or via instant transfer upon collection/delivery of items.
How do i make payment?
Through local ibanking
Do you provide receipts?
Yes, upon request.
DESSERT/CAKE CARE
BUTTERCREAM & CHOCOLATE CAKES & CUPCAKES
Before consumption, to ensure a soft cake, remove from fridge 30minutes - 1 hour beforehand. This is to allow the cake to come back to temperature as cakes containing swiss meringue buttercream will harden once placed in the fridge as it contains butter.
Buttercream/ Chocolate Cakes will be able to last up to 2- 3 hours in an air conditioned venue.
FRESH CREAM CAKES
For fresh cream cakes, refrigeration is required. Only remove from fridge prior to consumption as it is heat sensitive.
FONDANT CAKES
For fondant cakes, keep away from direct sunlight, in a cool environment, preferably air conditioned. Do not refrigerate
PETIT GATEAUX & ENTREMETS
For Petit Gateaux & Entremets, refrigeration is required. Only remove from fridge prior to consumption as it is heat sensitive.
SWISS ROLLS
For Swiss Rolls, refrigeration is required. Only remove from fridge prior to consumption as it is heat sensitive.
OTHERS
Tarts, Macarons, Petit Fours, Cheesecakes - Refrigeration is required
